On Tuesday, July 27, TransAudio Group and Sweetwater Sound Chicago will co-sponsor an evening with Geoff Daking. Ocean Way/Record One in Hollywood reports that Steve Kempster mixed Trevor Rabin's score for Disney Pictures' The Sorcerer's Apprentice (which opens July 14) in the facility's Studio A film-mixing studio. Produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and directed by Jon Turteltaub, creators of the National Treasure franchise, the film follows a modern day sorcerer and his hapless apprentice in a battle between good and evil.
